Below is outlined what I will and won’t do for you, my beloved customer.

But unfortunately this is a business
and if we want it to stay that way,
mama’s gotta lay some ground rules…
1. I accept credit or debt cards, PayPal payments, (you do not need to set up a PayPal account to pay through this service), and money orders.
2. I unfortunately cannot accept personal checks at this time.
3. If you are having any kind of problem with your payment, please contact me directly for a quick and friendly resolution: firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. All orders will be shipped once your payment has processed. If payment does not process successfully or is not provided in a timely manner, I will make a maximum of two attempts to resolve the matter with you. Should payment still not be received after this time the order will be cancelled.
1. All items are packaged with care to ensure that they arrive in the best possible condition.
2. I ship through USPS and offer standard and expedited options for both Domestic and International shipping. All costs are calculated through Etsy’s shipping calculator with an added $2.50 handling fee.
3. On estimated International shipping times, please allow for an additional 2-3 days for in case of unexpected delays. Customs delays are infrequent, but can result in a 6 week delay in your package delivery.
4. Tracking information for all shipments will be provided and you will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
1. If you are not satisfied with a purchase you are welcome to return the item for a full refund of the cost of the item, at any time up to 30 days after your purchase.
2. Only upon the seller’s receipt of the original item and subsequent verification that it is either in the condition it was sold or damaged condition it was received will your refund be processed.
3. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but you will recieve a coupon for 10% off your next purchase.
1. If you would like to exchange your item for any reason for another item of the same cost, you are welcome to do so up to 30 days after the original purchase.
2. Only upon the seller’s receipt of the original item will the new item be shipped out.

Custom and Bulk Orders
1. I am happy to take custom requests. However, all custom jewelry orders should be variations or combinations of the patterns, materials or illustrations that I currently have available. I unfortunately won't be able to take on requests that involve the creation of a new product or the utilization of supplies that I don't regularly stock. If you are in doubt about your request, please feel free to try me at email@example.com.
2. Discounts are available for bulk orders of 10 of the same item or more. Contact me with your order requirements and we can haggle on the price.
3. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for the manufacturing of a bulk order. (This is the time it takes to make your items before shipment.) If your order is for an event, please provide your time restrictions in your request. I will provide you a more customized time estimate once I receive your order.
4. To place a custom or bulk order, contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of your request, (please include links to the items you would either like to customize or order in bulk). Once we have agreed on the order requirements and price, I will create a customized Etsy listing detailing the specifics of the order and title it ‘RESERVED FOR XXX’. I will then contact you with the link to purchase. Only once the payment has processed will I start manufacturing your order. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for the payment to process.
5. If you are unsure whether your request meets these requirements, please ask me! I am happy to help, but I do maintain the right to turn down your request if it is infeasible for me to fulfill.
6. Please note that I cannot offer any returns, refunds or exchanges on custom or bulk orders. If you have a problem with a custom or bulk order, please contact me directly.
